How does acupuncture work?
A-In a View of Modern Medicine:
By Defense Mechanism, including the body's response to the stimulus in the point, there is the release of chemicals vital to the repair cell. Thus, a needling correct, or the correct stimulation of acupuncture point and the thought make the body's reaction to being invaded, or stimulated and both defense mechanisms, cellular and biochemical energy are initiated. This helps to reprogram the entire defense system of the body and creates a shift so that the correct energetic conditions prevail resulting the cure. Conduction and electro-magnetic specificity: we observed that the points of acupuncture have different electrical potentials and frequencies depending on the meridian, which is related to an organ or viscera and each corresponds to a specific frequency leading to a specific action.
Autonomic nervous system: the autonomic nervous system is responsible for coordinating and conducting all the involuntary functions of the body . Stimulus sets mechanisms for conservation and protection, releasing hormones, activating the immune system, releasing endorphins and reprogramming the brain.

B- VIEW OF ORIENTAL MEDICINE:
The doctors acknowledged that vital energy (called Qi) flows along channels or meridians in all parts of the body connecting all the parts and functions of the body. The Qi is maintains and operates our physical body and the mind. He guides the movement of blood, warms the body and prevents diseases. When a person is healthy, Qi flows traverse the channels, but if the flow is blocked, weak or excessive, then symptoms and / or illnesses occur.
In treatment, the goal is to correct the flow, inserting, or stimulating the flow at specific points along the channels. Thus, a change in part or function of the body is held. The changes to the Qi precede physical change, so acupuncture can act as preventive medicine, correcting energy flow before a serious illness occurs. If the physical change has occurred, can be reversed by adjusting the flow of Qi.

METHODOLOGY FOR TESTING BI-DIGITAL

Through the isolation of interfering energy fields can be performed this test by the doctor with the patient either directly or more easily through an intermediary.

It was verified through the phenomenon of Kirlian photo Biorressonância held in conjunction with Prof. ECAC. Dr. Paul Farber.

There was increase in the energy field with the use of the same material as opposed to diminishing the energy field with different materials.

This method proved to be an important addition to both diagnostic and therapeutic guidance for Allopathy, Homeopathy and guidance as well as day to day in general.

ANALYSIS OF BI-DIGITAL O-RING TEST IN BRAZIL

Abstract

After Dr. Yoshiaki Omura workshop on Bi-Digital O-Ring Test (BDORT) hold in Sao Paulo, Brazil in November, 1995, we started investigation the validity and application of BDORT.
Immediatelly after the workshop, we made a double-blind trial, using a microscope slide wich stomach and other microscopic slide with plain glass. Using a indirect BDORT, we pointed a metal probe at the stomach area (acupuncture point Ren 12) and tested the force of O-Ring os a intermediary person who had no idea about what is happening, and although he was a doctor he had knowledge about BDORT or acupuncture. Two microscopy slides were wrapped with paper, so that could be impossible to know what slide the intermediary person was holding. After 20 trials we realized that only one slide evoked resonance phenomenon: the slide containing stomach fragment.
After that, we started researching BDORT.
Nowadays we have three outpatient department (Acupuncture Research Department, Sao Paulo University Medical School; Brazilian Medical Association of Acupuncture and Outpatient Department and Scientific Acupuncture Study Center) and about 40 private clinics making research about BDORT.
As an example, we are able to show some results obtained in the two author's private clinics, and Outpatient Department and Scientific Acupuncture Study Center, between August, 1996 and April 1997, as follow:
Patients: 165 (Male: 59 – 35.76% Female: 106 – 64.24%).
Age (Mean +/- SD): 46.23 +/- 15.69.
Duration of treatment: 48.14 +/- 24.55 days.
Common Diagnosis: Chronic pain (124 patients, 75.15% of all).
Common types of chronic pain: Arthralgia (30.65% of patients with pain), Headache (20.97%), Cervical pain (14.52%) and Backache (14.52%).
Common results of BDORT: Chlamydia (psitaci, trachomatis or pneumoniae) (82.42% of all patients) Herpes simplex virus type 1 or type 2 (64.84%), Cytomegalovirus (59.39%), Lime Borrelia burgdorferi (55.75%), Toxoplasma gondii (23.03%) and Helicobacter pylori (18.18%).
Common Drugs Utilized: Eicosapentaenoic acid + Docosahexaenoic acid (96.96%), Doxicicline (76.36%), Propolis (23.63%), Sulphadiazine + Trimetropin (23.03%) and Amoxicicline (11.51%).
Common Enhanced Drugs Uptake Methods: (+) Quigong stored paper (92.12%), Acupuncture (76.36%) and Strong Shiatsu massage at organ representation areas (30.90%)
Percentage of people with no symptoms at the end of treatment: 70.90%
Patients whose symptoms improved more than 80%: 15.85%
Conclusion: BDORT is a potential method of diagnosis and therapy. We believe that with BDORT we are able to revolutionalize the treatment in a lot of pathologies.

Probiotics Protect You from Gut Parasites
The gut health boosting effects of probiotics may also extend to preventing and eradicating parasitic infections.

Scientists studying Toxoplasma gondii, the parasite responsible for toxoplasmosis, found that bacteria present in the human gut help stimulate the body's defense mechanisms.
Probiotics may occupy space in the intestine and thus reduce or prevent potentially pathogenic bacteria attaching to the intestinal wall.
Eighty percent of your immune system is located in your digestive system, which is one reason why keeping your gut balanced with plenty of beneficial bacteria is so important.
Not only can probiotics modulate immune responses via your gut‘s mucosal immune system, but researchers from the University of Texas Southwestern found that because they occupy space in your intestine, they may therefore reduce or prevent disease-causing bacteria and parasites from attaching to your intestinal wall.
Signs You May Have Intestinal Parasites
Parasitic infections are responsible for millions of deaths worldwide every year. Malaria is one of the most well-known, killing about 1 million people a year, many of them young children in sub-Saharan Africa.

Further, the neglected tropical diseases (NTDs), which include parasitic diseases like lymphatic filariasis, onchocerciasis and Guinea worm, kill about 500,000 people each year, primarily in rural areas of low-income countries.

Even in developed countries, however, parasites can contribute to disease like irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive issues, and possibly even cancer.
Not all parasites cause symptoms or are harmful for that matter, but some do -- and are. Signs that you’ve been infected with a potentially dangerous intestinal parasite are varied but can include:
  • Subcutaneous nodules
  • Eye inflammation (conjunctivitis and retinitis)
  • Blindness
  • Dysentery
  • Hives (urticaria) and
  • Diarrhea
  • Coughing or wheezing
  • Enlargement of liver and spleen (hepatosplenomegaly)
  • Fever
  • Abdominal pain
Why Probiotics are One of the Few Supplements I Recommend
Although I do not recommend taking supplements on a regular asis, a high-quality probiotic is one of my exceptions. In fact, it’s the one supplement recommended to all new patients in my clinic.
This is because the nutritional root of so many health concerns are related to an imbalance of intestinal bacteria (the optimal balance is about 85 percent “good bacteria” and 15 percent “bad”).

A large part of the influence of the "bad" bacteria (and parasites) is on your intestinal lining (mucousal barrier) that is over 300 square meters, or about the size of a tennis court. Simply stated, friendly bacteria compete with the bad guys for room and board, but since beneficial bacteria are more at home there, they win most of the battles for nutrition and attachment sites within your colon.
The good bacteria tell your body how much nutrition they need and your body responds by supplying just that much and no more -- so that any excess bad bacteria are starved out. The helpful bacteria also produce a substance that kills harmful microbes.

Proper food choices will help shift the bacteria in the direction of the good guys, particularly if you avoid eating a lot of sugar and grains and eat plenty of fermented foods (which supply beneficial bacteria naturally).

But, just like your lawn, sometimes you may need to "reseed" areas that have become barren for whatever reason.

Normally, you don’t need to take probiotics forever, but I have found them to be incredibly helpful at certain times, such as when you stray from your healthy diet and consume excess grains or sugar, or if you have to take antibiotics.
I also take them when traveling to foreign countries or when eating at suspicious restaurants, and I’ve found that using a high-quality probiotic every 30-60 days will typically help maintain a well-functioning digestive system.

Why You Want to Avoid ANY Kind of Metal in Your Body?
The presence of any metal in your body sets the stage for “galvanic toxicity,” because you essentially becomes a charged battery when dissimilar metals sit in a bed of saliva or plasma.
All that is needed to make a battery is two or more different metals and a liquid medium that can conduct electricity (i.e., an electrolyte). Metal implants, fillings, crowns, partials, and orthodontics provide the dissimilar metals,  the plasma in your body,  or saliva in your mouth serves as the electrolyte.
An electric current called a galvanic current is then generated by the transport of the metal ions from the metal-based dental restorations into the saliva. This phenomenon is called  galvanism.
Galvanism creates two major concerns.
For exemple in your mouth, the electric currents increase the rate of corrosion (or dissolution) of metal-based dental restorations. Even precious metal alloys continuously release metal ions into your mouth due to corrosion, a process that gnaws away bits of metal from the metal’s surface.
These ions react with other components of your body, leading to sensitivity, inflammation, and, ultimately, autoimmune disease. Increasing the corrosion rate, therefore, increases the chance of developing immunologic or toxic reactions to the metals.
Second, some individuals are very susceptible to these internal electrical currents. Dissimilar metals in your mouth or body can cause unexplained pain, nerve shocks, ulcerations, and inflammation.
Moreover, there is the concern that oral galvanism directs electrical currents into brain tissue and can disrupt the natural electrical current in your brain.
New Alternatives to Titanium Implants
In recent years, high-strength ceramic implants have become attractive alternatives to titanium implants, and some current research has focused on the viability of materials such as zirconia (the dioxide of zirconium, a metal close to titanium on the periodic table).
Metal-free zirconia implants have been used in Europe and South America for years, but they have only recently become available in the U.S.
Zirconia implants are highly biocompatible to the human body and exhibit minimum ion release compared to metallic implants.
Titanium is NOT Biologically Inert
Titanium implants release metal ions into your body 24 hours a day, and this chronic exposure may trigger inflammation, allergies, and autoimmune disease in susceptible individuals. They are a precursor to disease.Cases of intolerance to metal implants have been reported over the years, and the removal of this incompatible dental material has resulted in reduced metal sensitivity and long-term health improvement in the majority of patients.
Titanium has the potential to induce hypersensitivity as well as other immunological dysfunctions.
One study investigated 56 patients who developed severe health problems after receiving titanium-based dental implants. These medical problems included muscle, joint, and nerve pain; chronic fatigue syndrome; neurological problems; depression; and skin inflammation.
Removal of the implants resulted in a dramatic improvement in the patients’ symptoms, as well as a decrease in many patients’ sensitivity to titanium.
For example, a 54-year-old man with a titanium dental implant and four titanium screws in his vertebra was so sick that he could not work. He suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome, cognitive impairment, Parkinson-like trembling, and severe depression. Six months after the removal of the implants and screws, he was able to return to work.
In another case, a 14-year-old girl developed inflammatory lesions on her face six months after being fitted with titanium orthodontal brackets.
She was also mentally and physically exhausted, and her reactivity to titanium skyrocketed. Within nine months of replacing the brackets with a metal-free material, her facial lesions had almost completely healed, she was healthy and active, and her sensitivity to titanium returned to a normal level.
Titanium Implants Can Cause Cancer
Another complication of the use of implanted titanium is its potential to induce the abnormal proliferation of cells (neoplasia), which can lead to the development of malignant tumors and cancer. Through rare, it is a well-known complication of orthopedic surgery that involves the implantation of metallic hardware.

Furthermore, researchers recently uncovered the first reported case of a sarcoma arising in association with a dental implant.
As described in the August 2008 issue of JADA (The Journal of the American Dental Association), a 38-year-old woman developed bone cancer eleven months after receiving a titanium dental implant. Luckily, she was successfully treated with chemotherapy, but the authors recommended further research into the tumor-causing potential of dental implants in light of their increasing popularity and their ability to last for longer periods of time.

Your Body Literally Glows With Light

aura, biofield, photons, light particles, biophotonThe human body literally glows, emitting a visible light in extremely small quantities at levels that rise and fall with the day.
Past research has shown that the body emits visible light, 1,000 times less intense than the levels which can be seen with the naked eye. In fact, virtually all living creatures emit very weak light.
To learn more about this faint visible light, scientists in Japan employed extraordinarily sensitive cameras capable of detecting single photons. Five healthy male volunteers in their 20’s were placed bare-chested in front of the cameras in complete darkness in light-tight rooms for 20 minutes every three hours.
The researchers found the body glow rose and fell over the day, with its lowest point at 10 AM and its peak at 4 PM, dropping gradually after that. These findings suggest there is light emission linked to the body clock, most likely due to how metabolic rhythms fluctuate over the course of the day.
Faces glowed more than the rest of the body. This might be because faces are more tanned than the rest of the body, since they get more exposure to sunlight.

Top Ten Spices That Defend You Against Aging

Herbs and spices are rich in antioxidants, and they are also potent inhibitors of tissue damage and inflammation caused by high levels of blood sugar.
When researchers tested extracts from 24 common herbs and spices, they found a direct correlation between antioxidant phenol content and the ability of the extracts to block the formation of compounds that contribute to damage caused by diabetes and aging.
Spices such as cloves and cinnamon have phenol levels that are 30 percent and 18 percent of dry weight, respectively, while herbs such as oregano and sage are 8 and 6 percent phenol by dry weight. Blueberries, which are widely touted for their antioxidant capabilities, contain roughly 5 percent phenol by dry weight.

Any molecule in your body is capable of causing damage, but probably the most damaging of all are glucose and other sugar molecules. They cause more inflammation that leads to heart disease than cholesterol could ever hope to.
How Does High Blood Sugar Cause Tissue Damage and Heart Disease?
Glucose and other sugar molecules cause glycation; a process in which the sugar bonds with proteins and form so-called advanced glycation end products, or AGEs. It’s a fitting acronym as it – along with oxidation -- is one of the major molecular mechanisms whereby damage accrues in your body, which leads to disease, aging, and eventually, death.

When sugar glycates it creates inflammation, which activates your immune system in a defensive maneuver. Macrophages are scavenger cells that are part of your immune defense system, and as such they have special receptors for AGEs, aptly called RAGEs (think: raging inflammation). These RAGEs bind to the AGEs and get rid of them. Unfortunately, this process can leave its fair share of battle scars.
Essentially, when you consume excess sugar you tend to produce and accumulate AGEs, which frequently lead to raging inflammation, which leads to damage in your arteries. The damage control ultimately takes its toll and you begin to form scar tissue, which inside your arteries is called plaque.
And, voila!  -- Heart disease.
This is why there’s such a strong correlation between diabetes and heart disease – and shortened lifespan.
People with Type 2 diabetes get heart disease about 15 years earlier than non-diabetics, and also lose about 18 years from their expected life span, according to findings from hospital and death records of close to 9.5 million Canadians.
How Common Spices Can Protect Against Heart Disease and the Ravages of Aging
This study, published in the current issue of the Journal of Medicinal Foods, found a strong and direct correlation between the phenol content of common herbs and spices and their ability to inhibit glycation and the formation of AGE compounds, making them potent preventers of heart disease and premature aging.

The top 10 most potent herbs and spices are:
  1. Cloves (ground)
  2. Cinnamon (ground)
  3. Jamaican allspice (ground)
  4. Apple pie spice (mixture)
  5. Oregano (ground)
  6. Pumpkin pie spice (mixture)
  7. Marjoram
  8. Sage
  9. Thyme
  10. Gourmet Italian spice
This is not the first time scientists have declared culinary herbs and spices as potent anti-diabetic alternatives.
Cinnamon and cinnamon extracts have previously been shown to effectively lower blood sugar. As a matter of fact, cinnamon was found to increase glucose metabolism 20-fold, in one such study!
Interestingly, cinnamon lowers your blood sugar by acting on several different levels. It slows the emptying of your stomach to reduce sharp rises in blood sugar following meals, and improves the effectiveness, or sensitivity, of insulin. It also enhances your antioxidant defenses.
Researchers have even gone so far as to say cinnamon could play the role of an insulin substitute in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
1 in 4 Americans Now Suffer From Pre-Diabetes or Some Form of Diabetes
The latest statistics on diabetes indicate that the U.S. now has as many as 24 million people with diabetes, or 8 percent of our total population. However, the statistics are even more grim when it comes to the prevalence of pre-diabetes (impaired fasting glucose).
Almost 26 percent of U.S. adults over the age of 20 are pre-diabetics, and more than 35 percent of seniors, 60 and older. In total, that’s 57 million Americans walking around with pre-diabetes, in addition to the 24 million that have already crossed the line.
That means that just over 26.5 percent of the entire U.S. population either has pre-diabetes, or some form of diabetes!
My personal experience with diabetes and review of the literature has made it VERY clear to me that virtually every case of type 2 diabetes is 100 percent reversible without the use of prescription drugs.
And let me assure you, the cure for type 2 diabetes has NOTHING to do with giving insulin.  Giving someone insulin with type 2 diabetes is one of the WORST things that can be done. Any physician doing this for type 2 diabetes is suffering from profound ignorance of insulin physiology.
Unfortunately, the vast majority of physicians are still seriously confused about this issue, which is why most doctors cause diabetics to D. I. E.
How to Prevent Diabetes and Heart Disease, and Increase Longevity
First things first: For people with diabetes, the last thing you want to eat is a lot of grains, or any sugar for that matter.

Swap out your grains and sugar for high-quality sources of protein, healthy fat (which INCLUDES saturated fat) and vegetables according to your nutritional type, all of which is outlined in my Take Control of Your Health Program, and you’ll be off to a great start.

Add in regular exercise, the other essential key to preventing and reversing diabetes, and you’ll be even better off. These two measures alone will help you to shed excess weight, and a weight loss of 10 pounds can reduce your risk of diabetes by nearly 60 percent.
Last but not least, why not add some spice to your life?
Herbs and spices have very low calorie content, they’re relatively inexpensive, and they’re a great way to turbo-boost the natural antioxidant and anti-inflammatory power of your diet!
Tons of benefits and zero hazardous side effects. It doesn’t get any better than that, which is why I keep advocating for the return to a healthy whole food diet that is tailored for your individual biochemistry, rather than stocking up on a cabinet-full of (often synthetic) supplements.
Set up a good herb and spice cabinet and season your food liberally, and you could potentially double or even triple the medicinal value of your meal.

Major Confusion on How to Do Breast Checks
breast exam, breast awarenessIs there a right way to check your breasts for early signs of cancer? Many women remain confused as experts now say there is no evidence that rigorous monthly "self-examination" -- widely recommended in the United States -- reduces breast cancer deaths. Plus, it can lead to unnecessary biopsies.

Two large studies looking at a total of more than 388,000 women found that death rates from breast cancer were the same among women who rigorously self-examined as those who did not, while there were almost twice the number of biopsy operations in the self-examination group.

According to some experts, the best way for a woman to check her breasts is not to follow a strict examination routine, but to get to know what is normal, and feel them regularly for signs of any changes.

Sources:
Breast self-exams have long been recommended as a simple way for women to keep track of anything unusual in their breasts. Now, after studies have found that such exams do not reduce breast cancer death rates, and actually increase the rate of unnecessary biopsies, many experts are recommending a more relaxed approach known as “breast awareness".Breast awareness is really self-explanatory. It means women should regularly check their breasts for changes, but can do so in a way that feels natural for them. In other words, you don’t have to do it on the same day each month, or using any particular pattern.

Simply be aware of what’s normal for you so you can recognize anything out of the ordinary. What should you keep an eye out for?
  • A new lump or hard knot found in your breast or armpit
  • Dimpling, puckering or indention in your breast or nipple
  • Change in the size, shape or symmetry of your breast
  • Swelling or thickening of the breast
  • Redness or scaliness of the nipple or breast skin
  • Nipple discharge, especially any that is bloody, clear and sticky, dark or occurs without squeezing your nipple
  • Changes in your nipple such as tenderness, pain, turning or drawing inward, or pointing in a new direction
  • Any suspicious changes in your breasts
Are Mammograms a Good Idea?
Aside from breast self-exams, the other mainstay in the U.S. medical system is the mammogram. The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force recommends women get a mammogram every year or two after age 40.

The benefits of mammograms are highly controversial, while the risks are well established. Back in 2001, around the time that U.S. health officials widened the use of mammograms to included women over 40 (previously it was only women over 50), a Danish study published in The Lancet revealed some startling data.

The study concluded that previous research showing a benefit was flawed and that widespread mammogram screening is unjustified.

Specifically, the Danish researchers argued that earlier studies in Europe and North America were improperly randomized and that they used a faulty definition of breast cancer survival.

Meanwhile, the technology carries a first-time false positive rate of up to 6 percent. False positives can lead to expensive repeat screenings and can sometimes result in unnecessary invasive procedures including biopsies and surgeries.

Just thinking you may have breast cancer, when you really do not, focuses your mind on fear and disease, and is actually enough to trigger an illness in your body. So a false positive on a mammogram, or an unnecessary biopsy, can really be damaging.
Not to mention that women have unnecessarily undergone mastectomies, radiation and chemotherapy after receiving false positives on a mammogram.

An Amazing Deception
That mammograms are still recommended at all speaks volumes about the state of modern medicine.
Decades ago in 1974, the National Cancer Institute (NCI) was warned by professor Malcolm C. Pike at the University of Southern California School of Medicine that a number of specialists had concluded "giving a women under age 50 a mammogram on a routine basis is close to unethical."
Why?
Well for starters mammograms expose your body to radiation that can be 1,000 times greater than that from a chest x-ray, which poses risks of cancer. Mammography also compresses your breasts tightly, and often painfully, which could lead to a lethal spread of cancerous cells, should they exist.

“The premenopausal breast is highly sensitive to radiation, each 1 rad exposure increasing breast cancer risk by about 1 percent, with a cumulative 10 percent increased risk for each breast over a decade's screening,” points out Dr. Samuel Epstein, one of the top cancer experts.

Dr. Epstein, M.D., professor emeritus of Environmental and Occupational Medicine at the University of Illinois School of Public Health, and chairman of the Cancer Prevention Coalition, has been speaking out about the risks of mammography since at least 1992. As for how these misguided mammography guidelines came about, Epstein says:

“They were conscious, chosen, politically expedient acts by a small group of people for the sake of their own power, prestige and financial gain, resulting in suffering and death for millions of women. They fit the classification of "crimes against humanity."”

Not surprisingly, as often happens when anyone dares speak out against those in power, both the American Cancer Society and NCI called Dr. Epstein’s findings “unethical and invalid.”

But this didn’t stop others from speaking out as well.
In July 1995, The Lancet again wrote about mammograms, saying "The benefit is marginal, the harm caused is substantial, and the costs incurred are enormous ..."
Dr. Charles B. Simone, a former clinical associate in immunology and pharmacology at the National Cancer Institute, said, "Mammograms increase the risk for developing breast cancer and raise the risk of spreading or metastasizing an existing growth.”

  • "The high sensitivity of the breast, especially in young women, to radiation-induced cancer was known by 1970. Nevertheless, the establishment then screened some 300,000 women with Xray dosages so high as to increase breast cancer risk by up to 20 percent in women aged 40 to 50 who were mammogramed annually,” wrote Dr. Epstein.
Safe Screening Methods do Exist: The Benefits of Thermography
But you’re not likely to hear about them from your general practitioner.

“ … The establishment ignores safe and effective alternatives to mammography, particularly trans illumination with infrared scanning,” Dr. Epstein points out.

Most physicians continue to recommend mammograms for fear of being sued by a woman who develops breast cancer after which he did not advise her to get one. But I encourage you to think for yourself and consider safer, more effective alternatives to mammograms.

The option for breast screening that I most highly recommend is called thermography.

Thermographic breast screening is brilliantly simple. It measures the radiation of infrared heat from your body and translates this information into anatomical images. Your normal blood circulation is under the control of your autonomic nervous system, which governs your body functions.

Thermography uses no mechanical pressure or ionizing radiation, and can detect signs of breast cancer years earlier than either mammography or a physical exam.

Mammography cannot detect a tumor until after it has been growing for years and reaches a certain size. Thermography is able to detect the possibility of breast cancer much earlier, because it can image the early stages of angiogenesis (the formation of a direct supply of blood to cancer cells, which is a necessary step before they can grow into tumors of size).

Nine in 10 cases of breast cancer 'could be prevented by healthier lifestyles'

A New View of Cancer -- German New Medicine,
developed by Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer, M.D.,
Operates under the premise that every disease, including cancer, originates from an unexpected shock experience. The discovery came after Dr. Hamer, the former head internist in the oncology clinic at the University of Munich, Germany, lost his son in an unexpected tragedy, then developed testicular cancer. The diagnosis led him to study the connection between stressful events and disease by investigating the histories of his cancer patients.

He found that, like himself, every one of his patients had gone through a very stressful episode prior to developing cancer, and, upon investigating other diseases found that every disease is controlled from its own specific area in the brain and linked to a very particular, identifiable, “conflict shock.”
GNM is based of five biological laws that apply scientifically to each and every case of disease. They include:
  • #1: Every disease is caused by a conflict shock that catches an individual completely off guard.
  • #2: Provided there is a resolution of the conflict, every disease proceeds in two phases, a conflict-active phase and a healing phase.
  • #3: Ties the findings of the first two laws into the context of embryology and the evolution of man. It illustrates the biological correlation between the psyche, the brain, and the organ from an evolutionary point of view.
  • #4: Addresses the role of microbes in the context of evolution and in relation to the three germ layers from which our organs originate. Microbes are indispensable to your survival.
  • #5: Every so-called disease has to be understood as a “meaningful special biological program of nature” created to solve an unexpected biological conflict.
Further, Dr. Hamer believes that a person cannot die of cancer in and of itself.

If someone dies during the conflict-active phase of disease, he says, it’s because of energy loss, weight loss, sleep deprivation, and emotional and mental exhaustion. The stress of receiving a cancer diagnosis, or being given a negative prognosis, is often enough to deprive a person of their life-force. Conventional cancer treatments only accelerate the downward spiral.

While trying to publicize his findings, Dr. Hamer has been persecuted and harassed by German and French authorities. He is now living in exile in Spain where he is continuing his fight for official recognition of GNM.

I have long maintained that your emotional state plays a role in nearly every physical disease -- from heart disease, to depression, to arthritis and cancer.
Even the conservative Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) states that 85 percent of all diseases have an emotional element. And I believe the actual percentage is much higher.
It is not surprising that Dr. Hamer has been persecuted for trying to publicize his GNM findings that solving an emotional conflict is the first step to healing disease. Most all new theories, particularly those that go against recommending drugs, surgeries, and conventional treatments, go through this. It makes complete intuitive sense that the stress of receiving a negative prognosis -- "You have six months to live" -- would be enough to make a person give up hope entirely.

And, of course, once your mind gives up hope, your physical body will follow.

Fortunately for you, the converse also holds true.

If you tend to focus on pain, misery and grief, you will tend to experience and attract more of that into your life. Alternatively, if you keep your
focus on what you want to experience and put some energy into healthy lifestyle choices, your body really doesn't have much of a choice. Before you know it you will start to feel much better.

Quite simply, it's one of the most amazing and remarkable transformations that you could possibly imagine.

If allowing your body to heal itself by resolving your emotional conflicts is as intriguing to you as it is to me, please do read through the PDF file above. It's a fascinating read!

Also, remember that you can get a better handle on your emotions and pain, including the stress from unexpected tragedies, by learning the
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), my most highly recommended energy psychology tool.

One of my other favorite strategies is to focus on W. Clement Stone's strategy. He was the most financially successful student of Napoleon Hill and was a billionaire in Chicago. He died at 100 years old a few years ago. He was fond of taking the position of an "inverse paranoid".  He firmly believed that most of the negative events that occur in your life can be viewed from the perspective of life trying to teach you something that will ultimately improve you.

Sounds like a simple and perhaps naive approach, but it has powerful potential to transform many of the negative consequences that some of life's events will throw at you.

Positive Outlook Buffers Damaging Effects of Stress

Three Major Reasons Why You Are Not Thriving

More Evidence That Stress is Major Factor for Infections

Why Migraines Strike
migraine, headache, brain stem, brainA migraine is more than just a headache; it is intensely painful and has distinct phases. The disorder used to be considered vascular, but recent research has revealed it to be neurological in origin, related to a wave of nerve cell activity that sweeps across the brain.
The root of migraine may reside in brain stem malfunctioning. Debate still swirls about the precise cause of migraines, but new discoveries are already permitting the development of new treatments.
At the moment, only a few drugs can prevent migraines, all of them developed for other diseases such as hypertension, depression and epilepsy. But they work in only 50 percent of patients, and even then, only 50 percent of the time, and can also induce a range of potentially serious side effects.
New techniques are now being tested, such as drugs that work by preventing gap junctions, a form of ion channel, from opening, thereby halting the flow of calcium between brain cells.

More than 300 million people worldwide -- about 6 to 7 percent of men and 15 to 18 percent of women -- suffer from severe migraine headaches, yet to this day, it’s one of the least understood and poorly treated medical disorders.
Part of the problem has been that the experiences of those suffering from migraines vary greatly. Aside from throbbing, searing pain, which may or may not be one-sided, some experience “auras” prior to onset, while others do not. There may also be nausea, vomiting, fever, chills, sweating, and/or sensitivity to light, sound, and smells.

The pain can be extreme; some of the patients I’ve seen have actually considered suicide as a reasonable solution!

On average, “migraineurs” have one or two day-long attacks every month. But 10 percent get them weekly, 20 percent experience them for two to three days, and up to 14 percent have them more than 15 days a month. It comes as no surprise then that headaches cost the U.S. economy an estimated $17 billion a year in lost work, disability payments, and health care expenses.

New Research Offers New Insights into What Causes Migraine Pain
It has long been thought that the cause of migraines was due to vascular changes in your brain, from initial blood vessel constriction and a drop in blood flow, followed by dilation and stretching of blood vessels, which activates pain-signaling neurons.
However, new research finds flaws in this theory, as they’ve now been able to determine that migraines are not preceded by constriction and decrease in blood flow, but rather by an increase of nearly 300 percent. However, circulation then appears normal, or even slightly reduced, once the attack is in full swing.
Based on new research, a migraine is now thought to arise as a result of a disorder of your nervous system, most likely in your brain stem.
Although most regions of your brain do not register or transmit pain signals, a network of nerves called the trigeminal nerve system does. Pain is relayed through the trigeminal network to an area in your brain stem called the trigeminal nucleus. From there, it is conveyed to the sensory cortex in your brain, which is involved in your awareness of pain and other senses.
What first activates your trigeminal nerves, setting off a migraine, however, is still under debate, but is thought to be one of two things.
Some researchers believe that a wave release of neurotransmitters across your cortex can directly stimulate your trigeminal nerves, setting off the chain reaction that ends in the transmitting of pain signals.
Others place the root of migraine pain in the brain stem itself, as it is your control center for alertness, perception of light, noise and smell, cerebral blood flow, cardiovascular function and pain sensitivity -- many, if not most, of which are part of the symptoms of a migraine attack.
Positron-emission tomography has revealed that three clusters of cells in your brain stem are active during and after migraine. According to this hypothesis, abnormal activity in those cells could induce pain in two ways.
These cells normally inhibit trigeminal neurons within your trigeminal nucleus by continuously giving out orders “not to fire.” But, if they do not function or communicate normally, it can allow your trigeminal neurons to “fire at will,” even when there’s no pain signals being received from your brain membrane or blood vessels.
Occasional dysfunction in these clusters of cells could therefore explain why some migraine sufferers experience sensitivity to light, sound and odors.
If these findings are correct, they offer a clue as to why migraine medications have been so largely unsuccessful in treating migraine pain.
Triptans (tryptamine based drugs), for example, work by binding to serotonin receptors in cranial blood vessels, causing them to constrict. Well… if your pain is not due to engorged blood vessels (as previously thought) and your blood flow is normal, constricting them is likely to do little good, and potentially a lot of harm. And, lo and behold, serious cardiovascular events, including heart attack and stroke, are side effects of these types of drugs.
What Typically Triggers Migraine Headaches?

There are many potential triggers, and what triggers a migraine for one might not trigger it in another. However, here are several of the most commonly reported triggers:
  • Food and Drink: Many people experience migraines when they eat certain foods, especially wheat, dairy, sugar, artificial preservatives or chemical additives. Cured or processed meats, alcohol, aspartame, caffeine, and MSG are common culprits.
  • Allergies: Including food allergies and food sensitivities, and chemical sensitivities.
  • Dehydration and/or Hunger
  • Changes in sleeping cycle: Both missing sleep and oversleeping can trigger a migraine.
  • Stress: Any kind of emotional trauma can trigger a migraine, even after the stress has passed.
  • Physical exertion: Extremely intense exercise or even sex has been known to bring on migraines.
  • Hormones: Some women experience migraines before, or during their periods, during pregnancy, or during menopause. Others may get migraines from hormonal medications like birth control pills, or hormone replacement therapy.
  • External stimuli: Bright lights, fluorescent lights, loud noises and strong smells (even pleasant ones) can trigger a migraine.
  • Weather changes, Seasonal changes, and changes in Altitude
Headache Medications: Causing More Harm Than Good
A debilitating headache may be one instance where you could justify popping a pill that would give you instant relief. But headache medications only work in 50 percent of people, half the time.

They also have intense side effects, including “medication overuse headache,” which often occurs when people take too much of a headache drug. Once you taper off the drug, you can also get rebound headaches that can be worse than the original!

Other side effects of migraines drugs include:
  • Ulcers and gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Stroke and heart attack
  • Muscle weakness
  • Dizziness
  • Nausea
Counter-intelligent as it may be, some migraine-fighting medications (such as Maxalt-MLT and Zomig-ZMT) also contain the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is a common migraine trigger
Fortunately, there are better ways to treat migraines than pharmaceutical drugs.

Quick, Natural Tips to Relieve a Migraine

Preventing migraines begins by avoiding the triggers. Most often this means eating healthy whole foods (avoiding most processed ones) and managing your stress effectively.
Following my eating plan seems to reduce migraines by about 80 percent, although it does take some time to work. Avoiding wheat, grains, sugar and all fluids but water seem to be particularly effective.
Regular exercise will also help to keep migraines away by improving your response to stress along with the underlying inflammatory conditions that can trigger migraines.

Ideally, these are the things to focus on so that you can reduce your migraines altogether.

But if a migraine does strike and you need relief NOW, try:
1. Stimulating your body's natural painkilling ability. By putting pressure on a nerve just under your eyebrow, you can cause your pituitary gland to release painkilling endorphins immediately.

2. Taking 10 teaspoons of cayenne pepper in a glass of water. Endorphins are released by your brain when the cayenne hits your stomach lining.

3. Using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Newcomers who use this simple process by themselves achieve relief 50 percent to 80 percent of the time and, in many cases, the relief is complete and permanent. More sophisticated uses by an EFT expert may be required for some migraine sufferers.

4. Green apple scent. One study found that the scent significantly relieved migraine pain. This may also work with other scents that you enjoy so consulting with an aromatherapist may be beneficial.

Other useful techniques include:
    • Putting a cold compress on your forehead or behind your neck
    • Massaging your ears and ear lobes
    • Massaging the "crown" of your head -- the ring of muscles that circle your head where a crown would sit
Some people even say that having a purring cat, which sends out low frequency vibrations, next to their head relieves migraine pain.
The point is that there are many, many, non-drug options out there, and finding the one that works for you is likely just a matter of trial and error.

Exercise is the Heart's Fountain of Youth

exerciseOlder people who do endurance exercise training end up with metabolically younger hearts, according to a study at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. By at least one metabolic measure, women benefit more than men from the training.

Researchers measured heart metabolism in sedentary older people both at rest and during administration of dobutamine, a drug that makes the heart race as if a person were exercising vigorously. At the start of the study, they found that the hearts of the study subjects didn't increase their uptake of glucose in response to the dobutamine.

But after endurance exercise training involving walking, running or cycling exercises three to five days a week for about an hour per session, the participants' hearts doubled their glucose uptake during high-energy demand, just as younger hearts do.

If heart muscle doesn't take in glucose in response to increased energy needs, it goes into an energy-deprived state, which can raise the risk of heart attack. But if it can increase glucose uptake, the heart is better protected against heart attack and ischemia (low oxygen).

It’s a misconception that we all age at the same rate and there is nothing we can do to alter that rate.
One of the absolute best ways to take care of your body, now and as you get older, is exercise. This study is just the latest to show how much benefit you can reap from a little bit of physical activity.

The participants in this study were between the ages of 60 and 75, and they had been living an inactive lifestyle. Then, an hour of exercise three to five times a week, and 11 months later, they had major improvements in their heart health.
One of the researchers even said the participants reported feeling “in the best shape they had been in years.”

So if you’re currently middle-aged or older and feeling like you’re “too old” to exercise or that it’s “too late to get any benefits,” think again. This study just proved you wrong.
Of course, the best way to know for sure is to get started on an exercise program and experience the benefits first-hand.

What is the BEST Type of Exercise Program?
If you’re looking for results -- both on the outside and inside of your body -- you need to do a variety of workouts, including aerobic and strength training. But in terms of aerobics, there’s a secret you should know.
Research is showing that the BEST way to condition your heart and burn fat is NOT to jog steadily for an hour. Instead, it’s to alternate short bursts of high-intensity exercise with gentle recovery periods. This type of exercise, known as interval training, can dramatically improve your cardiovascular fitness and fat-burning capabilities.
You can still incorporate some of the endurance cardio into your routine, but make sure you take advantage of interval training. The new evidence suggests that this may actually provide MORE protection against heart attacks than long durational aerobic-type exercises.

Another major benefit of this approach is that it radically decreases the amount of time you spend exercising, while giving you even more benefits.
Personally, I now incorporate interval training (sprints) with endurance cardio training (running), pull-ups, dips, and singles tennis. As I near my mid 50s I am unable to do more than one hard interval training a week. But when I do sprint, it is great fun to run all out as fast as I can, it really gets my heart going quickly.
A word to the wise, if you’re just getting back into exercising, you’ll need to work your way up slowly. To start, you might try walking interspersed with a period of fast walking, for instance. Then, as your body grows more conditioned, you can increase to a higher intensity workout.

Need a Little Motivation?
I’ll be the first to admit that exercise is not easy. It’s not supposed to be after all, and if exercising is a breeze, you’re probably not working hard enough.

If you have a hard time psyching yourself up for a vigorous workout, one of the best things to do is focus on the prize: a healthier, more trim you.
I’m going to list some of the many, many things exercise can do for your mind and body. Go ahead and print this list out, send it to your exercise buddy or take it with you to the gym. Then, whenever you’re thinking of quitting, take a look. These benefits are just too good to pass up.

15 Ways Exercise Can Improve Your Health

          1. Improve your brainpower
          2. Lower your blood pressure

3. Fight off a cold
4. Manage arthritis
5. Lower your risk of heart disease
6. Cure insomnia
7. Fight depression
8. Lower your risk of diabetes and reverse pre-diabetes
9. Build strong bones

11. Reduce your risk of cancer
12. Boost your IQ and think better
13. Relieve chronic knee pain
14. Increase your energy levels
15. Slow down your aging process

A preliminary study has found that exercise may rev up a person's brain power.
In the study, the researchers measured the thinking ability of 20 men and women aged 18 to 24 after 30 minutes of moderately heavy to heavy running on a treadmill. Once the participants' heart rates had returned to resting levels, they were wired up to an instrument that measures brain waves called an electroencephalogram (EEG).

They then took two computer tests, one more difficult than the other. These results were compared with results from tests the participants took without exercising beforehand.
Brain wave measurements showed that exercising increased the speed of the decision-making process.
Specifically, brain activity kicked in 35 milliseconds faster after exercise compared with when study participants did not exercise. Although that may sound like a small amount of time, that it is actually quite significant.
In addition, the respondents answered more accurately after exercise then they did when they had not exercised.
If the findings hold true, they can be added to a growing body of research on the beneficial effects of even short periods of activity. One recent study found that 10 minutes of moderate exercise daily can improve mood and reduce fatigue.
Another study reported that stair climbing for 2 minutes several times a day can lower total cholesterol, raise HDL cholesterol and improve the resting pulse rate in sedentary young women.

Ever Wonder Why Homeopathy Works?
homeopathic natural remedies

In this interview snippet, Dr. William LaValley, M.D., explains the homeopathic healing process, and why feeling worse for a while may be a sign that the treatment is working.

Dr. LaValley has practiced Integrative and Complementary Medicine as a licensed physician in Austin, Texas and Nova Scotia, Canada since 1988.

He is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the Texas Medical Association (TMA), the Travis County Medical Society (TCMS) in Austin, the Canadian Medical Association (CMA) and Doctors Nova Scotia. He has also served as the chairperson of the Complementary Medicine Section of the Nova Scotia division of the CMA since 1994, and served as Complementary Medicine Expert Advisory Committee member for the federal Health Canada Natural Health Products Directorate from 1997 to 2004

Dr. LaValley has successfully adapted and incorporated the theories of traditional Chinese medicine to restore optimal health by balancing your chi using homeopathic remedies and electro-dermal screening.

One of the ways homeopathy works is by helping to balance your body’s energy, or chi as it’s called in traditional Chinese medicine. This energy is circulated through your body along specific meridians, and when this circulation gets disrupted -- something you can test for using electrodermal screening -- illness can result.

Homeopathic solutions themselves contain miniscule doses of plants, minerals, animal products or other compounds that cause symptoms similar to what you are already experiencing. The remedies have been diluted many times over, and the idea is that the substance will stimulate your body’s own healing powers.

In so doing, however, the treatment may evoke symptoms in your body.

You May Feel Worse When You Start Homeopathy

And this often causes people to wonder if the treatment is working. According to Dr. LaValley, who has mastered the art of healing with homeopathy, feeling worse is actually a sign that the solution is doing its job. It’s known as a “healing reaction.”
The healing reaction occurs because as your body’s energy gets stabilized, the buildup of what’s known as deposition products -- which is your body’s way of trying to “seal” off an active disease state so it can’t continue to cause problems -- become mobilized. As they circulate through your system, they provoke an inflammatory response that can make you feel sick or in pain.

How do You Know it’s a Healing Response?
This is the question that comes to most people’s minds when they find out about the healing response. How do you know you’re getting better, as opposed to getting worse?
You stop the treatment.
If it’s a healing response, you will feel better. If it’s a progression of your health problem, you will continue to feel worse.

“If it’s a healing response,” Dr. LaValley says, “you would predict that worsening, that inflammatory exacerbation will resolve [upon stopping the treatment]. If in fact it’s not a healing response, and they’re just having a bad day … and they continue to feel worse, then it was probably their illness that was causing their symptoms and not the healing response.”

Dr. LaValley suggests that whenever you try a homeopathic remedy, you start slowly and gradually increase the dosage until your symptoms begin to worsen. When that happens, stop the medication, let your body restore itself, and then start again at a dose that is one increment less than when your symptoms worsened.

Eventually, your immune system will enter into what’s called the “anti-inflammatory” response, and this will help you maintain homeostasis.

What Does Science Say About Homeopathy?
Numerous studies have proven that homeopathy can, indeed, be beneficial. One study in the British Medical Journal, for instance, found that people with allergies who received homeopathy had a 28 percent improvement in their nasal air flow whereas those in the placebo group had only a 3 percent improvement.

Keep in mind though that it takes a very knowledgeable practitioner to develop effective homeopathic remedies. It took Dr. LaValley, who is one such physician, decades to get to the point he is at today. So if you consider homeopathy for yourself, be sure you find an extremely knowledgeable practitioner.

I am a strong believer in energy medicine and would personally always use it over conventional modalities, but please realize that it should be used to support your healthy lifestyle, not be a substitute for it.

Welcome to the Beginner Nutrition Plan

I feel it's best for most people to start at the beginner level of this nutrition program. However, if you're healthy and highly committed to improving your health, you can go straight to the intermediate or advanced section.I do advise reading through each plan though as recommendations mentioned in each plan are not repeated in the next level. There are two reasons why I recommend most people start at the basic level:
  • There are several basic requirements in this beginning plan that will take time and patience to integrate into your daily life, and these requirements are essential to move on to my intermediate and advanced nutrition plans.
  • You need to allow your body to adjust to lowered insulin levels.
There is, however, a general principle that is useful for everyone, no matter what level you choose:
Listen to your body!
As I mentioned in the introduction, this is one of the most important principles in this series of recommendations. If any food or supplement makes you sick in any way, stop it immediately!
Step 1: Eliminate All Gluten, and Highly Allergenic Foods From Your Diet.
Gluten is the primary protein found in wheat. In my experience, there is an epidemic of hidden intolerance to wheat products.  There are frequently no obvious symptoms.
Rice, corn, buckwheat and millet have glutens, but the glutens in these foods do not contain the gliadin molecule that can provoke the inflammatory reaction. Therefore, they are usually safe.  Other safe grains include quinoa and amaranth.
Gliadins are molecules that frequently cause toxic reactions that trigger your immune response. When gliadin in gluten becomes water soluble, it is free to bind to cells in your body.  If you are sensitive, your body will make antibodies to gliadin and attack the cells gliadin has attached itself to, treating those cells as an infection. This immune response damages surrounding tissue and has the potential to set off, or exacerbate, MANY other health problems throughout your body, which is why gluten can have such a devastating effect on your overall health.
In some cases people are allergic to rice, corn, buckwheat or millet, independent of the reaction to gluten/gliadin.
Reading labels can be very misleading; don't trust them. Some companies list their products as gluten free, without understanding the scientific basis of the problem with gliadin.  For clarity of communication, sub-clinical gluten intolerance will be used to refer to this sensitivity to gliadin in the rest of this discussion
Unfortunately, most people don't feel better immediately after eliminating gluten from their diets as it may take 30 to 60 days for the inflammation to subside, and up to 9 to 12 months for the lining of your small intestine to heal.
On rare occasions an individual may experience significant improvement within weeks of eliminating gluten from their diet.  But in other cases people may feel considerably worse upon initially starting a gluten free diet.  This is usually due to other unidentified food allergies and food sensitivities -- a problem that plagues about 75 percent of the population.  In fact, food cravings can often serve as a gauge of food sensitivity. Craving dairy products or breads, for example, can be an indication that you are sensitive to that food, especially if you crave it but then feel worse after eating it.
For most people with gluten intolerance, by around 6 to 9 months of being gluten free, noticeable physical and mental/emotional changes will have taken place.
When you eat a food that you're sensitive to, it causes a series of negative biochemical reactions in your body, especially in your digestive tract and immune system, as I described earlier. However, it also decreases your serotonin levels, which can have a marked negative impact on your mood, and can cause you to turn to simple sugars and carbohydrates for relief.
Usually, when you remove allergenic foods (such as gluten) from your diet, your cravings for sweets will diminish, your mood will improve, your weight will drop, and your overall health will soar.
Therefore, your first step is to avoid the following foods. They are all highly allergenic and will frequently keep your immune system in overdrive by continually triggering the inflammatory response:
  • Wheat
  • White flour products (baked goods, cookies, pastries)
  • Barley
  • Rye
  • Kamut
  • Teff
  • Spelt
  • Couscous
  • Soy
  • Pasteurized cow's milk products
Step 2: At least one third of your food should be uncooked.
Valuable and sensitive micronutrients  are damaged when you heat foods. Cooking and processing food can destroy these micronutrients by altering their shape and chemical composition. In fact, malnutrition -- nutrient deficiencies -- from consuming a highly processed diet is one reason why many people cannot lose weight, because it leads to overeating. If you're consistently feeling hungry, you're likely not getting sufficient amounts of the nutrients your body needs to thrive.
On a more holistic note, you also need the live "sun energy" available only in raw, uncooked foods for optimal health. One of our ultimate biological nutrients is in fact sunlight, which you can absorb not only through your skin, but also through your food, where it is stored in the form of 'biophotons.'
Biophotons contain important bio-information, which controls complex vital processes in your body. The biophotons have the power to order and regulate, and, in doing so, to elevate your physical body to a higher oscillation, or order.
This is manifested as a feeling of vibrant vitality and well-being.
Every living organism emits biophotons, and it is thought that the higher the level of light energy a cell emits, the greater its vitality and the potential for the transfer of that energy to the individual who consumes it. The more light a food is able to store, such as organically-grown fresh vegetables, the more nutritious it is.
Regular vegetable juicing will easily help you reach this goal of 1/3 raw food in your diet.
Step 3: Eat more vegetables.
Nearly everyone would benefit from eating as many vegetables as possible within the allowances of their nutritional type design limits, or their unique biochemical individuality. Please remember that you are unique; your body knows best, and will tell you what is an optimal type and amount for you.
For example, an Eskimo simply can't eat as many vegetables as a Peruvian Indian can. Not only would they feel poorly, but they'd likely develop a ravenous appetite matched only by their sweet cravings, as well as who-knows-what degenerative process and emotional imbalances.
So, while we all need vegetables to stay healthy, the type and amount should be determined by what nutritional type you are, which is based on your individual biochemistry.
For example, carbohydrate types need far more vegetables in their diet than protein types. One of the easiest ways to fulfill your vegetable intake is through regularly consuming fresh vegetable juice.
There is a basic test you can take to find out your nutritional type, which is detailed in my new book, Take Control of Your Health.
Remember to let your body report back to you how accurate your appetite/taste buds are at gauging what is right for you. Once you're eating the right types and amounts of vegetables (and other foods), your body and mind will respond favorably, and many common health issues will  begin to resolve.
Step 4 : Keep your vegetables fresh.
If you are unable to obtain organic vegetables, you can rinse non-organic vegetables in a sink full of water with 4-8 ounces of distilled vinegar for 30 minutes, or use the solution described at the end of this article.
When storing fresh produce, be sure and squeeze as much air as you can out of the bag that holds the vegetables and then seal it. The bag should look like it is vacuum-packed.
Fruits and vegetables release ethylene gas while ripening after harvesting or picking. This ethylene gas accelerates ripening, aging and rotting. Removing as much air as possible out of the bag can help decelerate this process. I do this by holding the bag against my chest and running my arm over the bottom of the bag to the top, which bleeds the air out of the bag.
This will double or triple the normal storage life of your vegetables.

Step 5: Limiting sugar is critical.
Eating refined sugar weakens your immune systemand promotes yeast overgrowth, both of which are contributing factors to the number one killer: cancer. A weak immune system, in and of itself, is guaranteed to impair your health and promote virtually every disease known to man.
High sugar consumption can also lead to adrenal exhaustion, common symptoms of which include feeling mentally and emotionally stressed, sugar and salt cravings, moodiness, and feeling weak and lethargic.
Your adrenal glands -- those tiny almond-sized nodules that sit on top of your kidneys -- are a major part of your stress defense team. One of their duties is to release adrenaline after you eat a lot of sugar or high-carbohydrate foods. While insulin removes sugar from your blood stream, the adrenaline counteracts too much sugar being taken out by releasing stored glucose from your muscles and liver. This is your body at work, trying to maintain homeostasis, or perfect balance, for optimal health.

This release of adrenaline is the reason why eating sweets can make you feel jittery, upset, or nervous. Please remember, your adrenals have to perform this emergency procedure EVERY TIME you eat a lot of sugar, which places enormous stress on your entire body.
All non-diet soda have 8 teaspoons in each can. Most packaged cereals have sugar as their major ingredient.
Avoid most natural sweeteners (including corn syrup, HFCS, fructose, honey, sucrose, maltodextrin, dextrose, molasses, rice milk, almond milk, white grape juice, fruit juice sweetened, brown rice syrup, maple syrup, date sugar, cane sugar, corn sugar, beet sugar, succanat and lactose).
When in doubt about the sugar content of a food, look at the list of ingredients and see how many grams of carbohydrates are listed. Unless the carbohydrates are from aboveground vegetables you should be concerned that they represent sugars that could alter your insulin levels.
Step 6: Avoid Artificial Sweeteners
Many people ask about Splenda, Equal or Nutrasweet (Aspartame). These artificial sweeteners need to be eliminated. There are more adverse reactions to Nutrasweet reported to the FDA than all other foods and additives combined. In certain individuals, it can have devastating consequences. You should also avoid artificial chemicals like MSG.
If you are healthy you can use a few teaspoons of succanat intermittently. Natural Stevia is also a safe, natural alternative. It is hundreds of times sweeter than sugar and has virtually no calories. Some don’t like its taste, but other than that it is nearly the ideal sweetener.
Step 7: Avoid hypoglycemia.
Most of us eat far too many grains and sugars, which cause us to have large amounts of insulin circulating in our blood. When you stop eating grains your body will take several days to lower your insulin levels. In the meantime, the high insulin levels will cause you to experience many symptoms such as dizziness, confusion, headaches, and generally feeling miserable.
If you eat every two hours for the first few days of your transition you will be able to avoid this temporary side effect. You will need to eat some protein, such as an egg, piece of chicken, turkey, fish, or some seeds, along with a vegetable such as a piece of celery, cucumber, or red pepper. This will help to prevent hypoglycemia and stabilize your blood sugar.
Even after your system has adjusted, it is wise to eat 4-6 meals a day. Eating more frequently has been shown to normalize cholesterol levels. It will also help your adrenal glands better regulate cortisol levels. Cortisol bolsters you during more long lasting stresses, such as during a prolonged illness or when you have chronic mental or emotional stress going on in your life. If your adrenals are exhausted from a high-sugar diet, your body will be less capable of dealing with, and healing from, longer-term stresses.
Make a Menu -- If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail
Most people have great difficulty implementing these suggestions unless they sit down once a week (at a time when you are well rested, fresh and relaxed) and plan every meal for the week ahead.
If you are working, a good rule  is to prepare your meals ahead of time. For example, make your lunch for the next day before you go to bed. Also determine what you will be eating for dinner before you leave the house in the morning. Sweet Deception. So if you must have soda, regular is superior to diet for all the reasons I discuss on This will allow you to go to the store if necessary, or take the appropriate items out of the freezer. This is strongly advised. Those who don't do this will more easily slip back into their old, more comfortable, and less healthy eating habits.
Ten Recipes
All you need to do is find at least ten recipes that you like. You may not believe this but that is all that most families use. You might have to try ten recipes to find one that you and your family enjoy, but that's ok as it is all part of the process. It is vitally important to have  variety. Do NOT rotate between just two or three meals or you will burn out and end the program.
Variety is the key.
Step 8: Learn to distinguish physical food cravings from emotional food cravings.
If you are seeking sweets or grains because of an emotional challenge, you will want to consider using the simple and effective psychological acupressure technique, EFT, to rapidly help you control your emotional food cravings.
Many people don't understand that emotional well-being is essential to their physical health. In fact, in terms of dieting for weight loss, not addressing emotional issues -- whether small or serious traumas from the past -- is the primary reason that most people who lose weight often fail at keeping the weight off.
If you maintain negative thoughts and feelings about yourself while trying to take physical steps to improve your body, you will not succeed. It will be like repeatedly washing your car in an effort to keep it clean during a dust storm. Fine-tuning your brain to "positive" mode is absolutely imperative to achieve optimal physical health.
Many people shun this notion, not because it doesn't make sense, but because the medical establishment has conned them into believing that it means they'll be shelling out many thousands of dollars over the coming months or years to traditional psychological care.
Well, some of the traditional psychological approaches may sometimes work, but there is a better solution. Psychological acupressure is an inexpensive, simple and proven way to eliminate the negative emotions barring you from a full and healthy life. And the Emotional Freedom Technique -- or EFT -- is the most powerful form of this technique available.
EFT Can Help You:
  • Relieve most emotional traumas
  • Abolish phobias and post-traumatic stress
  • Shatter food cravings that sabotage your health
  • Eliminate or significantly reduce most physical pain and discomfort

When the Cure is Worse Than the Disease
doctor, medicine, pills, prescription drugsOne way to build an income in private medical practice is to hook patients on drugs that continually require re-examination, testing and prescription renewal. Blood thinners, for example, require prothrombin tests to determine how long it takes the blood to clot. Blood pressure pills require monitoring of blood pressure. And once patients start taking acid-blocking medications, they will find it is nearly impossible to stop taking them -- withdrawal will provoke rebound acidity with throat-gripping pain.

Critical examination of the effectiveness of prescription drugs reveals convincing data that most prescription drugs are not only ineffective but may worsen the condition being treated. Some of these medications appear to be designed to create life-long dependency upon the drug, since drug withdrawal exacerbates symptoms. Even some long-standing drugs that are the hallmarks of modern medicine have begun to lose their biological punch.

The major classes of prescription drugs are failures. Most drugs are never designed to address the underlying biochemical causes of disease -- and they may intentionally be designed to create life-long dependency.

When people come to my Natural Health Center, it is very common for them to lug in a shopping bag full of drugs, but it almost always starts with just one. One drug that’s supposed to make you feel better, but actually makes you feel worse. Hence the second drug to treat the first drug’s side effects, and on and on until people are turned into walking medicine cabinets.

The number of prescriptions taken per capita in the United States has grown exponentially in the past 75 years. In 1929, the average American received less than two prescriptions per year. By 2007, the average annual prescription rate per capita in the United Stateswas:

          • 4 prescriptions per child (age 0-18)

• Over 11 prescriptions per adult (age 19-64)
• Nearly 29 prescriptions per senior, aged 65 and over!

Yet, adverse drug reactions -- from "properly" prescribed drugs -- are actually the fourth leading cause of death in the United States. Only heart disease, cancer, and stroke kill more Americans than drugs prescribed by medical doctors.

Reactions to prescription drugs kill more than twice as many Americans as HIV/AIDS or suicide. Fewer die from accidents or diabetes than adverse drug reactions. And this does NOT include the negative drug reactions in outpatients, cases of malpractice, or instances where the drugs were not taken as directed.

Yet, whenever you feel sick, you probably still think that you need to go to your doctor and get some medicine to make you better. Well, this mindset is deeply engrained in us from the time we’re infants and taken to the doctor for a minor cold, or given a pill to bring down a fever (which is actually there to help you get better) or watch a television commercial or read a magazine (at least in the US).

We’re taught that we need doctors and drugs to heal our bodies, when in reality your body can, and will, heal itself if you give it the right tools (like good food, exercise and a positive outlook).

If you take only one thing from this article, make it this point: Drugs often cause more problems than the disease you’re trying to treat.

And the more you attempt to “cure” one problem after another with multiple drugs, the farther down the rabbit hole you’ll go.

The Countless Ways Prescription Drugs Assault Your Body

The article has an eye-opening list of what can happen if you rely on drugs to treat disease:

• Nearly all anti-diabetic drugs cause a person to become overweight and totally dependent upon insulin.
• Asthma drugs sensitize your body to triggers that worsen this condition.
• There is no evidence that cholesterol-lowering drugs reduce mortality rates.
• All cancer chemotherapy drugs result in tumor resistance.
• None of the many drugs prescribed to control high blood pressure address the cause of hypertension.
• Antacid “heartburn” drugs induce greater problems when withdrawing from them, locking patients into lifetime use.
• Of the many drugs used to treat age-related senility, none stop the progression of mental decline and some hasten it.
• To an increasing degree, man-made antibiotics produce germ-resistance and mortality rates are rising from infections once conquered by these drugs.

Are the drug companies creating these drugs with the sole purpose of keeping you sicker, and reaching for more of their dangerous elixirs? I certainly hope not, but I cannot rule out the thought completely. Their track-record is too spot-on: if you take prescription drugs, you’ll almost always wind up with side effects, many of which are worse than the original disease. Here are some other major offenders to add to the list:

• Cholesterol-lowering drugs actually CAUSE heart disease
• Migraine drugs cause severe rebound headaches
• Asthma inhalers may lead to heart attack and stroke
• Arthritis drugs can cause fatal fungal infections and cancer

Sadly, this list could go on and on, but one of the most glaring examples was Vioxx, the anti-inflammatory drug prescribed to millions of people that later was revealed to double the risk of heart attack. Well, 60,000 people were killed before that drug was pulled from the market, and do not think for one minute that there aren’t other similarly harmful drugs being handed out like candy (expensive candy) right now.

Breaking Free From the Prescription Drug Paradigm

I want everyone reading this to remember that, ultimately, it’s your body, and your decision what to put in it. If your doctor suggests you take a drug, do some research before you take it, because once you do, it could be too late.

Make sure you are aware of the potential side effects of the drug, read the package insert, and remember that even if it lists a side effect as rare, it can still happen to you.

And remember that many, many drugs are vastly over-prescribed and unnecessary. So make sure that you make drugs a last option, not a first choice. For example, all of the following conditions can be treated or prevented with LIFESTYLE CHANGES, yet if you go to a typical doctor, you will likely be prescribed a potentially dangerous drug instead:

• Diabetes
• Heart disease
• High blood pressure
• High cholesterol
• Insomnia
• Depression

I realize that it takes a massive shift in thinking to realize that your body can heal itself, and that often drugs only hinder the process. But I believe that you, and society as a whole, are ready for it.

Part 1 of 3 (Part 2, Part 3)

1. SkaSys conveys testing data without physical contact and free of electromagnetic stress. Its effectiveness builds on modern field theory, oriented to quantum and vacuum physics.
2. To retrieve the test reactions, the SkaSys Testing System makes use of the Arm-Length Reflex Test and a functional view of man as modified by the Clinical Kinesiology of A.G. Beardall.
3. The core of the SkaSys Testing System is software, which can be installed on any conventional PC, which makes possible, via scalar fields, to easily retrieve, test in their individual potentiations and document the following:

  • Acupuncture meridians, including Voll`s special meridians
  • Meridian-specific pre-selected homeopathic agents and nosodes
  • Structural test data on, for example, cell organelles, cranial bones, etc.
  • Chemical test data such as all toxins, neurotransmitters, cytokines, etc.
  • Psycho-emotional test data and Bach Flower agents, Auro-Soma agents,
  • Fine -energetic test data such as viruses, miasmas, geopathic disturbances.
The Phenomenology of bioenergetic Testing

The living organism is a highly complex matter-based active structure, whose activity is completely information-driven. A highly complex organism can only exist if it can maintain its biological order - and this can only be maintained if the individual elements can communicate with each other in some manner, and are also bound together by an overarching ordering concept.

The organism has a number of systems at its disposal for internal communication between cellular structures, and for signal transmission within the individual functional structures; these systems operate according to very different principles:
  • A material-chemical system: the dominant biochemical system is the endocrine system, which uses chemically varied substances (hormones) to transmit signals - but also the newly-discovered neurotransmitters from the cytokine and interleukin series.
  • An electrical system: the nervous system, that transmits electrical impulses as digital signals over its own anatomically distinct network. This is achieved by the alternating increase and reduction of membrane potentials.
These communications systems are not able, however, to convey signals outward, i.e. beyond the body’s covering of skin. If interaction or communication phenomena beyond the organism’s anatomical borders are to be possible, there must be other action mechanisms able to permit the body to react as an "open system".

Bioenergetic testing procedures make use of "resonance phenomena" that play out in the area of vibration overlaps in an organic-material part of biodynamic existence, which has thus far proven difficult to understand.

Yet experience shows that the individual reaction to external informational impulses - i.e. bodily contact with foreign objects - permits the observation of changing muscular reflexes. One can thus differentiate or measure differing stimulus responses to external informational impulses.

These selective reactions proceed way in advance of any disease form and, as a rule, are likewise not registered by the persons affected. So, if one can make the endogenous reactions to this kind of "resonance phenomenon" visible via muscle and tendon reflexes, then it is possible, by means of this resonance phenomenon, to query the organism by contact with a test substance, which the organism can then reply to in a number of ways:

Using bioenergetic tests, the body can tell us "stories" about itself. To do this, it makes use of a restricted vocabulary to answer our questions.

Bioenergetic Testing and the Abyss of Consciousness

There is no doubt that our mental world includes parts that, in their universal grammar, are not accessible to consciousness. This part of the mental environment is basically not definable neurobiological. It is assumed that consciousness is produced by neuronal impulses in the thalamus and other regions of the CNS.

The link between consciousness and the functional processes of our existence are completely unknown - the following is thus concerned simply with the development of an explanatory model. Any discussion of "bioenergetic testing" involves dealing with the mechanisms of perception and cognition.

For testing purposes, perception can be described as "verification of previously-dreamed hypotheses".

Of course, we are then setting out on a path that can lead to a universe, that is more extensive, more complex, more fluid, more uncertain and (in a certain sense) more fearsome than the way depicted by reductionist scientific knowledge.

The aim here is to bring together empirical cognitive processes from the area of empirical medicine and physics, the observer and the observed, spirit and matter - and, in the process, avoid overly narrow reductionism.
All of the following explanatory and interpretive efforts no longer go in the direction of conventional reductionism, but rather toward acceptance of the entire epistemological edifice, including the fuzziness that emerges from any scientific explanation that strives for wholeness...

Ohlenschläger persuasively describes the conflict between sharp detail and a holistic orientation as follows:

  • The more precise the details of a statement about a networked system, the less relevant it is to that system; and
  • The more relevant it is to the system as a whole, the less precise will the details be.
Testing as Observer-Integrated Model

The recursive relationship between medium and observer - or between testee and tester - is an as yet unsolved scientific challenge, one whose solution by physical-science means is fundamentally dubious anyway.

The existence of an observer-relative objective reaction is, as such, nothing to be afraid of, and it only worries those who don¹t trust themselves enough to bring themselves into the picture.
This we know from relativity theory: here, too, the objective universe is co-determined by the observer¹s state of motion.

If we permit ourselves to inquire into the very fashionable concept of "kinesiology", what it boils down to is a formulation that, as it stands, is not all that useful:

Kinesiology means working diagnostically and therapeutically with the energy that unites body, mind and spirit.

Nevertheless, this definition leads us closer to the "observer-integrated explanatory model"; because the above description applies not only with reference to an individual, isolated organism. Kinesiology is - if one wishes to transcend a mechanistic-sensory muscle-reflex model - also working with the energy that brings individuals together in the area of interactions of biological field structures.

Many scientists subscribe to pure objectivity only at those times when they see themselves as worldview constructors. Of course, as regards our position vis-à-vis the world and our fellow inhabitants - particularly when they come to us as patients - we do not in fact occupy that exterior position that the upholders of the claim to scientific objectivity assume.

The observer is always a part of the system: while observing, he evaluates, and his evaluations then become part of the system... Evaluation of isolated stress factors as they contribute to the development of an individual disease can only take place in the context of individually felt process regulations within the individual organism.

To create this access to non-objectifiable processes and summary conditions for the origin of disease in an efficient manner is what our SkaSys Testing System, as a consciously "observer-integrated" model in the context of complementary medicine, is meant to help achieve.

Phenomenology of Testing and Quantum Theory

The Chaos Theory of Henri Poincaré was mathematically formulated a hundred years ago. Taking as its starting point a prize question of the Swedish Academy - namely: how stable is our planetary system? - it tackled the three-body problem.

Can the behaviour of three planets (or any three mutually influencing bodies) be calculated? It is not calculable using Newtonian mechanics, since the interaction of the three bodies changes constantly every moment. In 1930, the Heisenberg Indeterminacy Principle suspended strict causality and determinism among the smallest particles.

The modern theory of deterministic chaos then expands on this quantum-mechanical insight by including the macro world as well..In quantum theory, this principle means that the result of measuring two incommensurable variables (such as location and momentum) in a certain sequence is different from the results obtained if one reverses the measurement order.
That which is designated on the factual level as indeterminacy of location and momentum in quantum theory, is encountered on the level of the theory of non-linear systems as an incommensurability of models.
Accordingly, different modes of describing systems can no longer be applied with the same results. One might say that it depends on the perspective with which one views the problem.

Knowledge is therefore observer-dependent, wherefore there are always a number of modes of access to reality.

The induction of a field-based interaction between an individual, whose field serves as a passive projection surface - generally called the "tested person" - and another individual, whose field serves as an active projection surface - generally called the "tester" - seems to be a unique capability of the human mind.
The generation and intensification of this kind of situational "diagnostic" interaction is evidently an anthropological peculiarity, whose systematic application comes in useful in all forms of bioenergetic tests.
This interaction is characterized by the definition of its field-specific cross-sectional contents - modulated by the existential uniqueness of the two individuals entering into this interaction - and with reference to the moment - modulated by the biographical uniqueness of these two individuals at the time of the test procedure.
If, in addition, signs or symbols are "brought into" the testing process, they become integration mechanisms that, through abstraction, enable a quicker processing of the mutual interpenetration of the field contents. By going to a "higher" level of processing, more rapidly presented stimuli sequences can be processed.

Sensory Aspects of Bioenergetic Testing
Man possesses sensory abilities beyond those of the five senses, with whose help he
is able to further extend his visual, auditory, olfactory, tactile and gustatory discriminatory capacities. Conscientious therapists make use of the capabilities in the medical arena also, in the form of "bioenergetic testing", in which different schools of thought have developed and used different sets of devices - such as electronic measuring instruments - and procedures - such as the interpretation of muscle and tendon reflexes.

In what follows next, I shall attempt to develop a functional model of "bioenergetic testing" that closes the gaps in a critical confrontation and perhaps narrows a little the chasms of deficient acceptance in the interest of our affected patients. I am well aware of the risk of being reproached for a too-strongly reductionistic conceptual approach.

The Primary Field

If we assume that, after therapy localization - for example, a painful elbow - a previously weak muscle becomes strong again, then this can be explained via reflexes.

However, much more vivid is the explanation that, by touching the painful or diseased area in the body¹s information processing system a "lever" has been "switched over". Switching this lever "reminds the body of the problem with the elbow".
But awareness is synonymous with activating certain brain regions, just as every specific thought also activates a specific brain region. Activations of this kind can easily be displayed in the form of brain waves using measurement technology such as EEG devices.
This activation generates a "thought field" - this is physically self-evident, since wherever there is electrical current flow, there is also an electromagnetic field - whose energy is easily able to cross the borders of the physical body and "go out" into the external world.

But this does not get into a solution of the elbow problem - since, up to this point; our therapeutic localization has not yielded any diagnostic access to the problem.

For this, it is necessary to decode the fields "Identification". Experience has shown that this decoding can take place by entering into resonance with other fields. In other words: if another field appears, whose content is known to - and therefore can "resonate with" - the previous field, the contents of the "Primary Field" can be decoded. The only question is where this "Decoding Field" is to come from.

The Decoding Field

Based on everything we know empirically about bioenergetic and kinesiological tests, they can only be performed when the tester is "involved", able to generate a Decoding Field of this kind with the appropriate resonance qualities.

Only a second human organism, involved in the test at the same level of intensity - or who allows himself to be linked in like the patient being tested - seems to be capable of generating biologically or bioenergetically equivalent fields, which exhibit the relevant resonance qualities.
Voll, who, with his electro acupuncture, was one of the first to extensively systematize bioenergetic remedy tests, at first always spoke in terms of a "sympathetic remedy test"... If measurements of weak muscles that immediately got stronger after application of a homeopathic agent were reproducible, then the kinesiological muscle test would be a scientifically recognized method.
It is this, namely the creation of this Decoding Field, which my theory of bioenergetic testing medicine takes as its starting point: all further diagnostic steps undertaken ubsequent to the above-mentioned therapy localization serve but a single purpose: the creation of a specific Decoding Field whose content can be "impregnated" (specified) by a number of measures. These measures usually include:
  • Applying an allopathic or homeopathic remedy ampoule
  • Additional therapy localization
  • Shaping of Hand Modes
  • Visualizing feelings and thoughts
The next issue that arises in a serious consideration of test phenomenology is: what "force" or "energy" is it that so impregnates the patient’s field that specific resonance can occur. Is it possible that, from out of a hillock of twenty remedy packets piled up on his belly, the patient being tested can pick out - totally objectively and by virtue of his inner "cognitive valence" - that ampoule which will make his muscle strong again?
This would be a possible but very vague explanation, using concepts like the organism’s "inner knowledge" and "implicit wisdom", which simply create additional explanatory deficits:For example, that - as is well known - different testers arrive at differing test results.

Lucky exceptions are no proof of the "objectivity" of this test procedure, but rather merely an indication that two different people are able to make use of "similarly" structured Decoding Fields.

Far more plausible, in my opinion, is the hypothesis that, no matter which therapy localization, which Hand Mode the tester may perform, or which remedy he may apply, he himself always specifies the Decoding Field.
In other words, the tester himself "knows", at the moment of applying the "Arnica" ampoule, that the content of this ampoule is arnica. The decision - "Now I’ll just try this arnica ampoule" or "Now I think I’ll try the Allergy Hand Mode", and (accompanying or reinforcing) applying the ampoule or forming the Hand Mode Obviously re -activates certain brain regions - this time in the tester - and creates a specific "thought field" that overlaps the Primary Field.

If the Primary Field - i.e. the therapy localization field of the patient’s elbow - and the Decoding Field - i.e. the thought field generated by the tester with the aid of a test ampoule or a Hand Mode - agree as to content, resonance ensues... This resonance signifies content equality of the Primary and Decoding fields and leads to a temporary collapse or to a cancellation of the Primary Field, experienced within seconds as a deletion phenomenon.

This is the sensory immediacy of the bioenergetic test in the form of:

  • altered skin resistance at acupuncture points (EAV)
  • altered muscle reflexes (Kinesiology)
  • altered tendon reflexes (Armlength Reflex Test)
Since the initial step in generating the Primary Field was therapy localization, with the subsequent weakening of the muscle reflex, this muscle reflex now becomes, in the opposite sense, "strong" again: the field resonance cancels the "thought field", and the reflex situation reverts to its original neutral state. But at this moment, the diagnosis is right in front of our eyes, visible and perceptible.

The process that formats the Decoding Field corresponds as to content with the Identification of the Primary Field - or, in other words: Arnica is the therapeutic for the elbow pain..The Decoding Field itself depends on additional factors. As indicated above, a bioenergetic test design must encompass - besides the patient to be tested.

  • A specific technique with which the "language of the unconscious" -- i.e. the test reactions -- can be retrieved (muscle reflexes, skin resistance readings, etc.)
  • A specific technique by means of which the "Identification" of both the Primary and the Decoding fields can be defined (remedies, therapy localization, visualization of thoughts and emotions, etc.)
An additional "human component" must be present, able to generate a Decoding Field. Usually, this is the tester.

Scalar Induction of a Decoding Field

The Decoding Field to be generated by the tester is, as regards strength and preciseness of the Identification, of a magnitude that influences the quality of the test: we here approach a phenomenon known in modern biology as the "morphic field". Now, the question is, how can such a Decoding Field be optimally induced. Since thought fields are scalars to begin with, artificially induced scalar fields would be the most suitable for this purpose.

Scalar waves - as we here designate, by way of summary, all unconventional non-electromagnetic fields - are a type of electromagnetic potential. These potentials are a component of Maxwell’s electromagnetic theory, yet they continue to this day to be viewed by the majority of physical scientists as purely mathematical magnitudes having no physical meaning.

However, since the discovery of the Aharonov-Bohm Effect, we know that potentials represent a physical reality and exert measurable physical effects. They are not force fields like electromagnetic fields are, since they cannot perform work; instead, they represent potential energy, the possibility of effecting something.
They are more fundamental than the electromagnetic forces that arise from them, and which actually simply represent concrete concepts for the observed energy and impulse transmission rates in the electromagnetic interaction.

According to William Tiller, the potentials have an important mediatory function between the vacuum and electromagnetic fields, as well as the macroscopic quantum states of solid matter, since they monitor the phase - central to quantum biology - of the electromagnetic fields. In his view, the non-physical "subtle energy" fields of the vacuum (which belong to a higher dimension than space-time) organize the structure of space-time, which in turn generates the corresponding electromagnetic fields (thus, for example, biophotons) via mediation of the potentials.

It must be assumed that the information field of the vacuum has a structure that can be induced and modulated.

The basic principle is that, in a "null-vector field" generated in this manner, potentials can persist whose magnitude is greater than zero.

The SkaSys Testing System utilizes a Moebius Strip geometry. A "Moebius Strip" is a loop formed by joining together two ends of a flat ribbon or band, first giving one of the ends a half twist [180° rotation]; the resulting loop only has a single surface. The inner and outer surfaces are one and the same. For the same reason, it only has a single edge. The Moebius Strip was first introduced by the German mathematician August Ferdinand Möbius (1790-1868).

The majority of the serious biological research on Moebius-Strip induced potential fields is the work of the American neurophysiologist Glen Rein. Stimulated by reports that plants evidently flourished in labs where "free energy" devices were in use, Rein carried out in 1987-89 a series of in vitro experiments on nerve and immune-system cells from cell cultures, doing it with and - as a control - without a Moebius Strip.

The experiments showed that both arrangements inhibited the uptake of neurotransmitters by PC12 nerve cells through their cell membrane, as had been observed previously for regular EMF. However, electrical field plus potential field had a 19.5 % greater effect than the electrical field alone. Later, the experiments were repeated using human lymphocytes.

Applying only an electrical field, their growth was 34 % greater compared to cells grown in the absence of any external fields. With the addition of the potential field from the Moebius Strip, multiplication of the lymphocytes climbed to 76 % more than the electrical field alone. Thus, for the first time, a direct biochemical effect of potential fields at the cell level was demonstrated, and excluding the possibility of placebo effects.

Scalar fields and bioenergetic information transfer
Scalar Waves
The American physicist Thomas E. Bearden popularized the concept of "scalar waves". Bearden gave it a meaning, which needs clarification, since it involves a reinterpretation of the conventional physics scalar field concept.
In this context, the concept stands for a new kind of unconventional non-electromagnetic field, presumably of a more fundamental nature than electromagnetic fields, for which there are also other names in circulation, such as quantum fields, tachyon fields, gravity fields, neutrino fields, Tesla waves, non-Hertzian waves or longitudinal waves (Bischof, 1995, 1998).
However, these terms do not always necessarily denote the same thing. These fields are as yet unknown to orthodox physics; only in the last few decades have they been discussed and investigated in the context of proposals for the expansion of electromagnetic theory in particular and the physical world-view in general.
There exist a number of devices with which, according to their inventors, scalar waves can be generated; our latest information is that are not yet any measuring instruments that can confirm the existence of scalar waves. Some experiments carried out by a few researchers permit the conclusion that scalar waves have biological effects, but more research is needed for full clarity on the matter.
Besides scientifically supportable extrapolations, there are countless wild speculations circulating on the topic of these fabulous scalar waves. These are just some of the properties -- some of them confirmed or at least possible, and some very speculative -- that have been ascribed to scalar waves:
According to Glen Rein, scalar waves possess a number of unusual properties:

They propagate at faster-than-light speed (hence the name "tachyons"), except when transmitting scalar information on electromagnetic carrier waves
Their effect is independent of distance and time
Their effect is 3 -- 5 times stronger than that of electromagnetic fields
They are more fundamental than magnetic fields
They transmit information, not energy
They cannot be detected by conventional instruments for measuring electric and magnetic fields, which work by interacting with electron flow and energy transmission
They pervade all matter and cannot be shielded against by Faraday cages
They represent an area in which matter and consciousness can interact. If we assume that, in the area of scalar information transmission, matter and consciousness can influence each other, then we may postulate that
Scalar information transmission creates "consciousness fields"
That, in similar form -- that of "shaman healing rituals" -- have been a part of human life and experience for millennia.
The reproach that a computer-driven, scalar-wave-based testing system -- such as SkaSys -- is nothing more than techno-superstitious belief in a "non-human" technology misses the essential point entirely.
The Physics of the Vacuum

Whereas the vacuum of classical physics denotes "empty space", in quantum physics the term stands for the lowest energy state and greatest stability, the "ground state" of a system. In quantum field theory, which treats all physical systems as systems of fields, all fields and particles are treated as different excitation states of a vacuum field.

Every kind of force or particle has its own vacuum state. In its ground state, the electromagnetic field still possesses residual energy (due to the Heisenberg Indeterminacy Principle) known as "zero-point energy" and indicated by "zero-point fluctuations". The same applies to the vacuum states of the other physical forces and particles.

In other words:
The "empty space", in which all force and matter fields have zero average intensity, is in reality filled with the ceaseless activity of "ghost particles" and "phantom fields" that wink in and out of existence with extremely short lifetimes. However, under certain circumstances, these "virtual" particles and fields can become real.

The vacuum is thus the interface between a fundamental region of pre-physical potentiality and the region of physical actuality, in which the processes of material manifestation take place.
As Bischof and Zeiger have recently shown (Bischof 1998b, 1998d; Zeiger 1998; Zeiger and Bischof 1998), understanding the vacuum is the indispensable foundation of a real quantum biology and quantum medicine.
However, it is not enough to take into account only the effects of the electromagnetic vacuum, such as the "Casimir Effect", but rather the unified field of all physical forces, whose vacuum -- the fundamental "mother of all vacuums" -- constitutes the real "primordial ground" of the physical world.
This fundamental vacuum is an information (or consciousness) field that pervades the entire universe, that forms the matrix of all manifestation, like an ocean out of which all that is manifest arises and into which, after its course is run, it once again disappears.

Important work into the nature of this primordial ground and its relationship to matter and consciousness has been done by David Bohm (Bohm 1985; Bohm and Hiley 1993), who points out that the "implicate order" -- the name for the vacuum in Bohm’s model -- also represents the fundamental level of reality on which everything -- that, on the level of the "explicate order", appears to our everyday perception as discrete "objects" -- is united to form a whole .

Secret Link Between Cigarettes and Cell Phones?
According to Reuters, an estimated 4 billion people worldwide now use cell phones, up from about 3 billion around this time just last year.
Dangers Known for a Decade:

Cell phones use radio waves to transmit voice data, and the dangers of consistent exposure to information-carrying radio waves have been known since at least 1998. Yet few have been willing to accept the evidence, and the cellular industry has followed in the footsteps of the tobacco industry, vehemently denying any risks.
It’s worth remembering that the telecommunication industry is even BIGGER than Big Pharma, and they have far more influence than the drug companies.
My belief is that this exponential increase in this type of radiation exposure is far more serious a threat than tobacco ever was.
To get a better understanding of the physics and biological impact of information-carrying radio waves and the electromagnetic fields emitted from your cell phone, please review the article, "If Mobile Phones Were a Type of Food, They Simply Would Not be Licensed."
The first major indication that cell phones might be a health hazard came out of a massive, $28 million research project funded by the Cellular Telephone Industry Association (CTIA). To the industry’s surprise and dismay, the results of the study came to the opposite conclusion from the one they were hoping for.
The study's results included findings of:
  • A nearly 300 percent increase in the incidence of genetic damage when human blood cells were exposed to radiation in the cellular frequency band
  • A significant increase in cell phone users’ risk of brain tumors at the brain’s outer edge, on whichever side the cell phone was held most often
  • A 60 percent greater chance of acoustic neuromas, a tumor affecting the nerve that controls hearing, among people who had used cell phones for six years or more.
  • A higher rate of brain cancer deaths among handheld mobile phone users than among car phone users (car phones are mounted on the dashboard rather than held next to your head).
Prior to this, Alfred Gilman and Martin Rodbell had won the Nobel Prize (1994) for their research showing your body's cells communicate with each other by subtle low electromagnetic signals. These signals carry all the vital information that are then translated into biochemical and physiological processes.
The following year, researchers discovered that animals exposed to cell phone radiation suffered double-strand DNA breakage – the type of genetic alterations that can lead to cancer, cell death and mutagenic problems.
Since then, many more scientists confirmed all of the above findings.
The Latest Findings Confirm Long-Held Concerns
The latest meta-analysis looks at the epidemiological evidence of cell phone usage and your risk of developing a brain tumor. In order to be included, the studies had to meet certain criteria:
  1. Publication in a peer-reviewed journal
  2. Inclusion of participants using cell phones for a minimum of 10 years (to include potential latent effects.
  3. Incorporation of a "laterality" analysis of long-term users (i.e., analysis of the side of the brain tumor relative to the side of the head preferred for cell phone usage)
Eleven long-term epidemiologic studies were included, which led to the following findings:

“The results indicate that using a cell phone for > or = 10 years approximately doubles the risk of being diagnosed with a brain tumor on the same ("ipsilateral") side of the head as that preferred for cell phone use.

The data achieve statistical significance for glioma and acoustic neuroma but not for meningioma.

The authors conclude that there is adequate epidemiologic evidence to suggest a link between prolonged cell phone usage and the development of an ipsilateral brain tumor.”
Other Health Hazards Linked to Cell Phone Use
So far, in addition to the widespread concern about brain cancer, scientists have found that information-carrying radio waves transmitted by cell phones and other wireless devices can:
  • Harm your blood cells and cause cellular changes
  • Damage your DNA.
  • Cause nerve-cell damage.
  • Accelerate and contribute to onset of autism , and trigger Alzheimer’s disease
  • Damage your eyes.
  • Cause sleep disruptions, fatigue and headaches
I have been warning of the dangers of cell phones for over a decade now, watching for and reporting on new findings along the way. Fortunately, as the supporting evidence mounts, scientists, medical professionals, and government agencies around the world are starting to caution against cell phone use as well.
Health Authorities and Government Officials Speak Out
Last year, tumor immunologist Dr. Ronald B. Herberman, director of the University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI), was one of the authorities who finally elected to speak out publicly about the potential dangers of cell phones. He also spoke to the U.S. House Subcommittee on Domestic Policy about the connection between cell phone use and the increased risk of brain cancer.
Prior to that, Dr. Herberman had served as the co-editor of The BioInitiative Report, published August 31, 2007, by an international working group of scientists, researchers and public health policy professionals.
The report documents serious scientific concerns about the current limits regulating how much radiation is allowable from power lines, cell phones, and many other sources of exposure to radiofrequencies and electromagnetic fields in daily life. They concluded that the existing standards for public safety do not protect your health.

6 Ways to Reduce Inflammation -- Without a Statin Drug

    1. Stop smoking. Smoking hardens the arteries and increase inflammation. But research shows you can reverse all the damaging effects to your arteries within 10 years of quitting.

    2. Think olive oil, fish, and nuts. People who stick with a Mediterranean-style diet based on fruits, vegetables, nuts, and olive oil can lower their levels of inflammation. It works by increasing the amount of foods you eat that are rich in omega-3 fats, which fight inflammation.

    3. Get active. Exercise a great way to lower inflammation without any of the side effects associated with medications.

    4. Shrink your waist size. If you're a woman with a waist measurement of over 35 inches or a man with a waist of over 40 inches, you probably have high inflammation. Whittling a few inches off the waist by reducing your portions and increasing activity can go a long way toward solving that problem.

    5. Get enough sleep. A new study shows that elderly people with high blood pressure who sleep less than 7.5 hours a night have dramatically elevated chances of having a stroke or heart attack. Other research has shown that both too little and too much sleep increases inflammation. The American Academy of Sleep Medicine says most adults need between seven and eight hours of sleep each night.

    6. Reduce stress. High levels of stress hormones can lead to the release of excess inflammatory chemicals.
